How to catch a prejudice manager with a Spy Phone..

Working for many years of your life it is always an plus to land in a career you love. A few years back this happened to me. I had been working my way up through many different companies but never came to a job I loved. It was years spent working long and hostile hours, but I always stayed optimistic and hoped for a good outcome. This finally happened when I was offered a placespot in a very well respected companycorporation. Things couldn’t change for the better. They didn’t... they got worse!.

Working for a new establishment can always be a frightening prospect. Meeting new people, a new way of work and a new superior. I started my new job with excitement. Week one was a very pleasurable, meeting so many new people and getting stuck into my new career path. My manager was a very nice guy who seemed to get on with everyone. This I thought is what I’d always wanted..

I knew chauvinism existed many years back but never did I know it still happened so much in today’s world. I soon learnt that it did and it was me who was on the receiving end. This became a very displeasing and hurtful encounter in my life and one that I will never stop thinking about. My manager would often pick male workers over me because they were men and it was men’s jobs he needed them for or it would be the odd prejudistremark intended towards me. He would never use them in front of others so nobody would believe me if I told me, so I had to find a way to get some evidence.

I was told of a device called a Spy Phone from a friend of mine. When I looked into this device I found it to be of great use so purchased a piece of the equipment. It was extremely easy to get hold of and even easier to set up on my bosses phone. Just had the wait of going into work and listen to my chauvinist boss for one last time.

I had bought a piece of software called full suite. This allowed me to ring his phone without it ringing and it would pick up automatically. I set up my mobile to record the remarks and then I would have my evidence. It was as simple as that. Not long into the day the comments started to come, offensive and boorish comments. Everything was recorded on my mobile. The next day I took my proof to a chief and that was the end of my vulgarmanager. I can now go into work and enjoy it like I had always wanted to.
